1) Our Company will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that washing, drycleaning, folding and steam pressing services are maintained at a high level of quality.

2) Any loss/damage/delay due to FORCE MAJEURE conditions, Company is not liable for any compensation or reduction in charges.

3) Some process/items may require additional period to process. No deduction on billed amount or claim can be initiated against in respect of delays.

4) Before giving the garments please check if any personal belongings in the pockets left, we are not responsible and no claims will be entertained.

5) Laundry is not responsible for colours running or fading, loss or damage of button and buckles.

6) You can schedule a pickup through our website, whatsapp or by calling us.

7) You need to provide your Name, Mobile Number, Address and Pickup Date & Time Slot. Our staff will be at your doorstep at the mentioned time slot.

8) You need to count your clothes at the time of pickup and verify it on the pickup slip you will get from our Rider.

9) The clothes will be delivered on time as mentioned.Our staff may or may not call you before delivery.

10) If you want us to call you before delivering, please inform our staff during the Pickup.

11) Any special instruction that has to be told to our pickup staff must be mentioned on the Pickup time.

12) Laundry Nest follows "NO CLAIM POLICY".All articles are accepted at customers risk

13) We are not respnsible for any loss of items such as jewelry, watches, cash, detachable buttons cufflinks, etc.

14) Any lost items must be notified within 48 hours of receipts of delivery

15) Laundry Nest reserves all the rights to cancle/modify or change the terms and conditions at any point of time without any intimation or prior notice.
